The hotel was exceptionally clean, the majority of staff were very friendly & helpful. We upgraded to all inclusive to include lunch but never found any snacks available. The hotel pools were lovely. The hotel was mainly occupied by spanish holidaymakers so we were about the only English group there. The food was just ok, not many English options and not much veriety from one day to the next. There was no bar in the restaurant which was wierd so the only drinks options available for dinner were bottled water or red wine which were provided on the table.

Poor food choice, not much English food options, No bar in the restaurant. One member of bar staff very rude, unhelpful and ignorant.

We appreciated the location, so close to Katmandu Park. We liked everything at aluasun torrenova including the food and staff.

The location on the previous two occasions all entertainment had been outside was excellent and beautiful. I booked neat newly renovated room for the younger children.

Stayed here before and would have extended the stay. They upgraded me to an a nice size room with a great view of the sea. The breakfast was rich, the check in was easy. Relaxed by the pool, it was lovely, especially when the weather was lovely. The location was perfect and magnificent, because a bus station was based easy walk to the hotel. Tapas and appetisers in the pool bar were good.

The Aluasun Torrenova had a lovely bright lobby area with modern art prints that created a cute atmosphere. It was easily accessible for seniors like me.

More shaded areas by the pools would be appreciated.

We liked the hotel very much, handy position only a few minutes one way to Magaluf promenade and the other to Palma Nova promenade. Uphill walk back, but we didn't find it a problem and we are knocking on a bit now! We had a nice room overlooking the pool. Excellent food with a large selection. Entertainment team for day and evening events. Very busy round the pool but lots of sunbeds so could always find one no matter what time of the day, but it does get shady at times, but no need to lie in the sun all the time.

i have just come back from majorca and stayed at the hotel. i was very pleased with the location, food, price, cleanliness and staff. all rooms have a balcony and we were always able to get a lounger round the pool. everyday there was a huge different range of food and my friend who is vegetarian had plenty of choice too. al you can ask for from a 3* hotel

Family-friendly facilities are a nice feature.

The food quality was low, with a lack of healthy choices. The service was disappointing, and we all fell ill from something we ate at the restaurant.

We had a very nice stay at Marina Torrenova hotel. The staff and the services were excellent and the food was great.

The hotel location is ideally situated close to both beaches, with easy access to a variety of dining options. Room 1520 offered a fine sea view. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly. On the downside, the limited available Wi-Fi was a hassle, and some entertainment options felt focused on children. The inconsistency of the toaster at breakfast was also rather frustrating.

What an outstanding stay! The food was top class with so many options, and the paella was a personal favorite. The entertainment was lively, especially the mini disco for kids. I would definitely return next summer!

The dining options at Aluasun are solid! Breakfasts were a buffet dream, packed with fresh goodies for our fam. The kids adored the sweets, and let's be real-there's nothing like a meal that hits the spot after a day of beach bumming.

We asked for a double bed, but ended up with two singles. Not the staff's fault, but it sure was like management should've known better. Families need comfy beds to crash in after a long day!

Great family vacation!

The staff were super friendly, and the family room was spacious enough for us. Food was pretty good, especially loved the poolside snack bar. The only thing was the hill back from the beach. It was a bit of a trek, but we managed. Perfect for families with kids!
